Document Drop: I will deliver your envelope of documents to a USPS/FedEx/UPS/title office. +$25

I will come to your location to witness and notarize the above for $60-100 depending on distance traveled.



Real Estate

- HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit)

I will come to your location to witness and notarize the above for $90-150 depending on distance traveled.



Hospital

Flat rate of $100 for one visit, includes multiple stamps.



Life/Medical packages

- Last Will and Testament
- Power of Attorney
- Advanced Medical Directives
- Trust documents

If you have two or more of these types of packages to be notarized in one visit, discounts may be offered.
For a single package, fee is $125/package.
